Birth control coil... did it make you not won't sex ??

I'm 3 months pp an I've had the coil fitted in while thay was doing my c section so I've had it in for 3 months first time having it to.. but me an my husband don't relly have sex he always wants it but on my side I'm just 0% interested an my husband says I'm moody every day so I'm starting to think is it the coil ? I didn't relly have a sex drive b4 I got pregnant from when I was on the patch it took my sex drive away but I feel that since I've had my baby it's even worst now.. should i get it taken out ?
