slight cramps?

I recently had unprotected sex with an old fling… we used to hook up casually A LOT but we always used condoms.. Not sure what either of us were thinking when we decided to take the condom off this last time. Even tho it was just a couple days ago I’m feeling these very slight ovarian cramps. nothing at all like period cramps, I wish I knew how to describe it better. I’m just nervous as to what it could be as far as std’s, a pregnancy getting ready to form or if it’s from the plan b… I also found out I should’ve taken 2 plan b’s according to my weight.. Should I be worried?
