Anyone else with a 11 month old with fevers?

😩 it’s been on and off fevers between 100-102 in temp. She’s been a little clingy and fussy, but overall still eating, drinking, playing and poop/pee diapers. I feel like if I take her to the doctor they will tell me to give fever reducer (acetaminophen/ibuprofen) (hence the last time she had this) And watch for other symptoms. I feel hopeless! Any one got other ideas besides doctors? Not sure what caused it. I’m thinking teething since she’s got 4 coming in from the top jaw. They say teething doesn’t cause fevers, now I’m confused. 😭👎🏼
