A decidual cast

Hello ladies, I was on the patch for a year and no problem! I switched to the ring 2 weeks ago. I stopped it about 4 days ago due to my blood pressure being high. I am in my 20s and so it was alarming. I just passed this. I contact my doctor and waiting for a reply back. But upon searching google stated that it’s a decidual cast. I need opinions because this never happened!
