Spit up/ Vomitting like clockwork

Ladies I need help.

My 1 month old daughter is spitting up and even sometimes vomiting (it comes out forcefully) at the same time every evening. It happens right after a feeding and we feed her again shortly after (cause she acts like she is starving) and she is fine.

We have tried burping after every 1/2 to 1 ounce, sitting up for a while after feeding, and more frequent feedings and nothing is helping.

I’d like to add also, due to sickness I am attempting to ween off breast milk and this was happening before and after the transition. (So I feel like it isn’t related to what she is eating)

This is my third born and this has never happened with the other two.

Pediatrician seems to be brushing it off with no concern.

Any ideas??
