IUD REMOVAL AND BIRTH CONTROL

I recently removed my paragard iud and switched to the Mirena on 5/20/22 but i havent stopped bleeding . I know you have to give your body time to adjust but let’s be real we get bc so we can be intimate with our partners . I have an appt in a couple days and plan to get it removed but I wanted to see what birth control you recommended either pill combo pill or shot & only those 3 options please ! Also I’m still bleeding so how long will I bleed after removal. ? HELP PLEASE
