5weeks PP

So I was cleared, been having sex sine around 4 weeks pp and I am a little worried. We have been using spermacide but I know that isnt 100% and after having sex the past few days I had some very light pink spotting/mucus. Is it normal to have spotting with pp sex? Could it be my period coming back? Or could it be implantation? I was using ovulation tests and they seemed negative but maybe I just missed testing on my peak and it came really quick?

I did have to be sewn but was told I was okay since they had healed but could we have just been to rough? It dosent look like ive torn down there obviously its a little sore (like tender not painful)

Any imput would be appriciated! I just wanna know if the spotting is normal/how long it took for yall to have a period after birth thank you!
