I'm side eyeing my bf for this one. 👀

So...I work with my bf and we were just waiting to start work. A coworker walks up and greets us. She for whatever reason touches him and asked him why he is so sweaty. We were in a very hot room and it's hot as it is summer. My bf is very muscular and other women like to make comments and touch his arms. I just impulsively asked "Why are you touching him?" As that isn't exactly appropriate and professional behavior. She asked him was he ok with her touching him and he replied yes. I said "Alright then" but I feel upset and disrespected. She doesn't know we're a couple and I don't fault her at all but he allows himself to be touched in front of me and when I give him a cop out he took someone else's side. I'm not upset about the touch I'm upset about the response. Should I be upset? Should I say something to him about this?
