Breast tenderness after ovulation

Hi! So my breasts get sore every time after ovulation until AF. I know this can be normal with the progesterone increase. My question is even though at 5 DPO my breast are sore is that a sign I’m probably out since it always happens or could I still have a chance? Hope this makes sense 😄
