Being a crazy person! TMI ⚠️ implant or period?

Okay so my period is 4 days late as of today and did a cm check to see if anything was going on.. I typically have a 24 day schedule it’s now day 28. Is this AF just refusing to visit on time or could it be late implantation?

I had zero symptoms this month of anything. No cramping no nothing ( soooo not normal for me) yesterday and today I had some light breast pain and sensitivity to smell and taste ( nauseated between hours of 8-12 ish) but I’m worried it’s just psychosomatic. Would super appreciate some feedback as I feel like I’m losing my marbles. 😭😭
