Is it normal to be this bloated at 11wks!!?

I look 5 months pregnant. I mean i dont have

a flat belly usually but its nothing like that either. Anything to help the bloat?

Yes , pretty Normal . At around 16 weeks it will become more like a pregnancy belly :) I always get that bloated until then

Oh yes, the bloat is pretty ridiculous. Unfortunately I don't think there's much we can do about it.
