22 weeks and 4 days...Should I get this checked...

I had a surgery about 6 years ago, an I have the scar in my bellybutton...in my previous 2 pregnancy's the scan moved along and up my belly and I got bigger, which was fine.

But with my 3rd (current) pregnancy is made a lump and it's really sore to the touch.

Any one had this before?
