long story please bare with me and help 🥹

okay so long story short I was on a weeks worth of amoxicillin for a virus - my bf and I had sex the day after I finished my last dose (tuesday evening) - (pull out method but I am on birth control) I panicked and took a plan b the following morning (wednesday) due to being on antibiotics - skip to the following day (thursday) I was prescribed an inhaler , prednisone and azithromycin I had covid and a slight case of bronchitis - my question is was 24 hours enough time for the plan b to absorb and work before I started more antibiotics!? there was no diarrhea or vomiting. (side not my OB said I did not need to take the plan b to begin with even though my pharmacist and doctor said I should be careful on the amoxicillin so I took it anyways) I also weigh 169 pounds and this all happened 3 days after my period ended (the start of my new pack which I still took all my birth control pills as normal)
