Help please
So this morning I went to Pee and I wiped and there’s was a little bit of blood it was bright. I thought it was my period but there hasn’t been nothing on my pad all day. Would it be a sign of pregnancy? I’ve been feeling abit of nauseous lately and less appetite. Please help!
