iud pain

hi, i know this is a bad time to have iud issues in this country but. i have a doctors appointment next thursday and just wanted to hear some peoples opinions in the meantime. i had some abnormal discharge/itching last week, seemed like a yeast infection. was gonna go to the doctor for that. pain went away, ended up having sex. it was fine, then i started screaming afterwards (cervix pain). felt for the string afterwards and i barely barely felt it, kinda like my cervix was super swollen. felt it the next morning and my cervix was less swollen, and they felt longer than they had before. i also bled after sex. currently dealing with my cervix hurting and taking ibuprofen as often as i can. negative pregnancy test, but my period isn’t late yet. thanks!
