Question about not using a condom

So im 20 years old and I am on birth control, whenever I used condoms in the past it would make me feel really uncomfortable I would use it anyways. However I have a relationship now with my boyfriend and its a serious one, we don’t use condoms and birth control that i take works really well for me. We know the risks of not using condoms like becoming pregnant and we have accepted it. We are both also clean no stds. I am looking for a new Gynocologist because the one I have was extremely rude and same with her nurses were extremely disrespectful towards me and my mom. I cant tell her that my boyfriend and I dont use condoms to see what her advice would be because she is very judgmental and rude and wouldn’t give me advice she would keep pushing for me to use condoms. However I kept getting yeast infections and bacterial. I am just finishing up on a second round of antibiotics for bacterial infection. I know that having unsafe sex can lead to more infections and I want tips how to prevent getting them from unsafe sex. Im sure married couples have sex without protection and have ways to avoid getting a yeast infection. I just want everything down there back to normal so I can get intimate with my boyfriend again without having to worry about getting yeast infection. I have gotten them in the past too I think I am more prone to getting them.
