Birth control and smoking

So im 20.I have never had any health problems.I am on the pill since February and i started smoking iqos cigarettes(electronic) about a month ago.I have mcat tomorrow which is very very important exam fore medical school and i am really stressed that’s why I started smoking but i am planning to stop.Today i smoked a lot because of the stress and now on one part of my leg i feel like its numb,idk.I know smoking can increase the chances of blood clots but should i worry now?
