What does your daily diet consist of

Pregnant or not what do you eat in a day drop it

Breakfast I usually eat something like avocado on toast with an egg and a fruit. 
Lunch I usually a sandwich of some sort. My favorite is tomato and chicken. Usually more fruit. I also really like bell pepper with cream cheese. 
Dinner could be anything from spaghetti to tacos to roast beef to baked potatoes. Just depends. 
Snacks are things like pretzels, yogurts, fruit, I also have no guilt indulging in things like icecream or chocolate. 
Balance is key.

I have a 10 week old and I'm the primary cook in my household, so at the moment my cooking is limited to what I can batch cook on the weekends when my husband is free to help with the baby. Luckily it's winter here so soups and stews are most welcome. 
Breakfast - porridge with fruit and cream or muesli with fruit and yoghurt - I'm breastfeeding and I find I really need full fat dairy in the morning
Lunch - something like homemade quiche or frittata with steamed vegetables, pasta, or scrambled eggs on toast
Dinner - healthy homemade stews and soups
Snacks - fresh fruit, dried fruit and nuts, lactation cookies, dark chocolate. Occasional ice cream or chips. 
Looking forward to when baby is a bit more independent and I have a bit more time to cook a broader variety of things.

Lean meat.. fish, chicken, turkey with lots of fruit usually 3 or 4 a day, and some kind of veggies as sides. I just eat very clean.

A LOT of fruit, cereal, veggies and salads, hummus/guacamole, chicken or grass fed beef, yogurts/cottage cheese, some snack foods like granola bars/protein bars/crackers, homemade healthy casseroles with beans, meat, veggies, potatoes

I'm following a Mediterranean healthy diet so I'm balancing carbs, protein and fats. I'm eating loads of veggies, fruit as snacks, but I'm weighing everything I eat. It's a good diet though I've lost 5 kg in a month and keeping on losing weight, with no extreme restrictions .

Pregnant- have severe HG so im lucky if i eat a piece of toast or some noodles and some applejuice/ gatorade
