Help anyone in HR OR WITH ANY KNOWLEDGE !
I work in healthcare. Our group has a horrible bad seed in the office! Said person is constantly causing problems, fighting with staff and patients. She is hostile and is confrontational and refuses to do certain tasks. She makes almost the whole office miserable . It’s awful and such an awful anxiety ridden place because of her. I love my job so I’m torn between reporting her and being retaliated on and losing my job. The funny thing is is she starts problems yells at staff and than is the first to be in Hr complaining and twisted the problems she causes to make herself look like the victim not the aggressor. And HR actually believes her and so does our managers despite the complaints a lot of the staff has made on her! How do we fix this if hr and management is literally not doing anything!! Is it just not fixable and maybe I should start looking for a new job? I’m so defeated it feels like she will never stop harassing staff. I do not how to make a valid complaint that will force something to be done as Hr and management do not seem to do anything. Please help me .
