Sleep training

Nailah

So, how do I sleep train when my LO rolls over almost immediately after I put him down awake and starts crawling around his crib? Either I have to spend an hour rocking him to sleep completely or he won’t go to sleep! And this is just for bed time usually. I bathe him, feed him, make sure he’s changed and comfortable and then he sleeps for like an hour. After 9pm, he doesn’t want to lay anywhere that is not in my arms. And Ever since he’s learned to roll over, he won’t stop doing it, which is great, but it makes sleep training so much harder!! Im so touched out, I Don’t want to cosleep anymore and I hate having to hold him for the entire time that I want to do anything after bed time. He sleeps better during the day, it’s easier to put him down but even then it’s for 40 minutes to an hour and a half at most.

I appreciate any help 💙💙
