Pregnant or not???

I had a miscarriage two months ago at 15 weeks. I started testing ovulation at the beginning of June. It was low then peaked on the 22nd. Now they are low again. I tested Hcg with the easy at home tests to make sure levels were down and the tests were negative and they still look negative. First response is positive. I didn’t ever test Hcg with first response when I was monitoring so I have nothing to compare this test too. Do easy at home show positives later? I’m confused on if this is Hcg from my miscarriage or from a new pregnancy? I had my first “period” post miscarriage at the beginning of June. It didn’t really seem like a period. More like brown spotting sometimes heavier. It lasted around 9 or 10 days. I’m just so confused as to what’s going on! I hope this is a new pregnancy but so unsure. If I did ovulate after my peak on the 22nd then I’m 9 DPO today
