Eggplant during early pregnancy
Hey ladies so I debated about posting this question or not for fear of some of y’all might be mean 😢 but here it goes! Is it safe to eat eggplant during pregnancy? I am making ratatouille from the cookie and Kate website vegetarian and I was wondering if that’s okay because I’ve always heard mixed things about it and being that I’m so early in my pregnancy I just had that question on my mind!
