Can you get an STD or infertility infection from fake condoms?

*I'm not concerned for stds from my bf or pregnancy, but from the condom itself*

Long story short, my bf bought Durex condoms from a small gas station store. They were sealed and not broken. But I'm certain they were FAKE! The packaging was blue and they were pink! Also the actual rubber was pink/red! We did about 5 strokes and they weren't smooth at all!!! My boyfriend got burning and red on his skin. I don't have any side effects so far but I'm scared.

I googled it and this wasn't the first case because there was some Chinese people that faked Durex condoms for millions of dollars!!

Can they purposefully put STD/bacteria in them?? Can I get infected?? Or can I get another kind of infection? Or infertility? I don't have side effects right now. When can I expect the side effects? I know infections cause infertility. Can they cause internal scarring of my vag??????

This is a genuine question and NOT A JOKE! So please don't make fun of me because I'm SCARED TO DEATH.
