Threw up bc pill pregnancy risk

Im on Estarylla and 3 days ago I took my pill at 9:49 pm and then threw at 12:10 am (midnight) then later I had unprotected sex which he did not finish and pulled out. I then continued to take my next pill at the time I do. Could I get pregnant? I took a plan b a day after intercourse which was abt 20 hours after? Could I be pregnant? the pill I threw up was in the last active pills row it was the second to last
