LH TESTING
hey guys , after 9 month of TTC and finally getting pregnant it ended in a very painful ectopic pregnancy. it’s now been 7 months since the ectopic and i’m still TTC but i’ve decided to test my LH to properly track ovulation. what is the best time to test LH? how many times a day should I test? i just wanna do everything right .. any other things that can help me conceive quickly?
