is this the reason i haven’t been able to get pregnant???

been ttc for 4 years

my and hubby got tested everything came back perfectly fine nothing preventing us from getting pregnant

but i was bored and was looking thru my old ob blood work and i noticed something odd

it says my prolactin levels are high

after every blood work my ob always says everything looks fine and that’s all there is to the convo

can prolactin levels stay this high or do they go up and down and that it was just that time maybe that it was high for me

blood work was done back in 9/28/2021
