Has he damaged my boobs?

So I was about to hook up with a guy a few weeks ago but he'd had too many drugs and couldn't keep himself hard for very long. We were both very drunk and he had also obviously been taking drugs. We did other things anyway but I remember at the time thinking it was very sore when he was playing with my boobs but I was honestly too wasted to do much but move his hands away a few times. Fast forward to the morning and I left his at 5am, so literally an hour and a half after we started things off and my boobs were looking a little bruised, I went for a nap when I got home and by the time I had woken up, both of my boobs were blue and purple with bruises and I had finger prints on the underside of one. They were sore like normal bruises if I touched them or knocked them on things and if I took my bra off. But the pain was mainly internal feeling, do you think there's any damage done internally? Is this possible? It's been almost 2 weeks now and the bruises are just now going away, there's only one or 2 left but just want to reassure myself that there will be no lasting damage. TIA x
