Stinging / itchy sensation

2 months ago I went through a bad situation had sex while drunk with someone I did not know this affected me very bad (I suffer from anxiety) & well what happened got me depressed . Well 2 weeks after I noticed I felt burning itching and stinging sensations constantly of course I went to gyno she tested me for stds and infection everything came back negative I went back and she tested me for mycoplasma and herpes cause they were the last tests to perform everything again negative she doesn’t seem to pin point what it is that I have . I’m starting to believe It could be my brain making me think I have this pain ? I don’t want to sound crazy but does anyone know if that’s a thing ?
