Will he stop trying to be controlling now that we moved out?

My ex and I broke up at the beginning of June. His family let me stay there up until last week because my baby (7 weeks) and I had no where else to go. My ex would randomly pop up all the time. One time, I wore a lace bodysuit and he asked who I was wearing it for. He would ask who I was talking to on the phone a couple times. He wanted me to tell him when I would take the baby places, claiming it was “because of the baby’s safety”, even though he never really pays attention to him, and some other things. But we moved out on Thursday and I haven’t even heard from him. I asked him if he would just sign over his rights since he doesn’t come around and he said no. I was talking to my mom and told her that I was thinking maybe he just did it since we lived in his family’s house, but now that we don’t, maybe he’s done. But she said that he’s not going to just stop, he’ll just change how he’s doing it now.
