Ultrasound news ?! I’m confused

So I went to the two weeks ago, just a small clinic where I live and they give out free care to newly pregnant moms so I went for an ultrasound, and during the ultrasound the dr didn’t see anything but a gestational sac. So they sent the information to a radiologist and they replied that the pregnancy may be to early to see. Today I went back again for a check up and there were 2 yolk sacs without fetal poles. So they are going to see what the radiologist thinks of that and I go back next week to see my actual obgyn. Has anyone had this happen to them ? Btw I’ve been feeling really sick and I have excess saliva. (Normal pregnancy things) I have no signs or a miscarriage and I’m not bleeding. I’m just worried about what could be happening to my body. I didn’t really get answers today. And I’m extremely bloated.
