Spotting at 5w6d

At what point do I get concerned about spotting? I’ve been spotting all day. Mild cramping. I’ve never had any spotting before with any pregnancy.

My first doctors appointment isn’t until aug 2nd and since I haven’t been seen by anyone yet they can’t give me any advice over the phone other than if I’m concerned go to the emergency room at my discretion. 🙂but I don’t want to go for no reason if it’s just normal.

So my question is when does spotting become a concern?
