Breast feeding advise

My LO will be two on the 19th & we still breast feed, I really am exhausted and worn out. I’ve worked full time since he was 6 weeks, he still wakes up 2/3 times a night to “nurse” I know he’s just using me as comfort/Paci. I just need advise on how to wean him once he turns two. I just want my body back, I feel guilty bc he cries and screams when he doesn’t get it so I end up giving in.
