PP question tmi

I am 1 month pp. I was already on prescription for a yeast infection however, I don’t think it cleared it up. I’m not sure really so I will explain and you tell me your thoughts.

I looked at my vagina basically and noticed this white thick discharge around my labia, it’s very irritated and red when I cleaned up the discharge. Well below my vagina was dripping fluid that looked like very thin discharge almost like breast milk I know tmi. I’m not sure what to do if this is a yeast infection but it looks like one and feels like one still, however I was on 2 doses of meds from my doctor. Tbh it itches so much like it almost makes me feel horny like I need to masturbate or something even though I know I can’t:/ I know all this is tmi but if you have any thoughts let me know I did have a vaginal birth a month ago and don’t know if I can use monistat.
