Breastfeeding and dryness now with intercourse and getting pregnant while breastfeeding no period

So I have been breastfeeding for 4 months as my son is 4 months old. Having sex with my husband we have been using lube which we never had to use prior to postpartum because I was always lubricated enough. Will it get back to normal down there after breastfeeding? Or will this be the new norm and I will remain dry down there?

Also did anyone become pregnant again breastfeeding without your period? Trying to get pregnant again around 6 months and still want to breastfeed… do I need to stop breastfeeding? Thanks
