Post birth anxiety

So I had a d&c last year and then had a pretty traumatic bleeding event post surgery. Like pouring out massive blood clots. Everything turned out ok for me though. Well I noticed a LOT of anxiety with my following period. Like I found myself constantly stressing over the bleeding. I got pregnant the following cycle. Now I'm due any time and I am concerned about anxiety with the post partum bleeding amd just stressing too much over it.
