No growth no heart beat

So I went to 10 week appointment and found out the baby no longer has a heartbeat and it hasn’t grown from my last appointment which was at 6 weeks and I didn’t hear a heart beat but I did see it but I’m sad because I still haven’t passed the tissue and I kno it’s coming and it’s gonna hit me all at once because rn I’ve only cried a little and im want be ok but I just kno im not and losing hope that I can even carry to term and im only 24 and this sh*t is devastating
