What time is bedtime?

Question

Just curious as a first time mom what time yous put your 11 month old to bed at and what time do they wake up at? I'm just wondering if my daughter is getting enough sleep at night. She tosses and turns all night and she's still taking 2-3 bottles through the night. She's very restless.

My son is now 13 months but has had this routine since 10 months when we transitioned to 2 naps. 
Wakes up at 6:30/7
Nap 1 is 9:30/10 to 10:30/11
Nap 2 is 1:30-3:30
Bedtime routine starts at 6:30 and in bed and asleep by 7.
My kiddo has always loved sleep. If his morning nap is an hour the afternoon is 2 hours but if the first nap is 2 hours then the afternoon is an hour. 
We have had a bedtime routine since 5 weeks and he was sleeping through the night by 6 weeks.

It may take some adjusting.  My oldest napped very little so he would go to bed at 8 on the dot.  My second took 2 solid napa until he was well over a year and his last nap usually ended around 5pm so he wasnt ready for bed until 9:30 or 10

We start bedtime at 7pm. Maybe a little earlier if I've had a long day 😅 We brush teeth and read 2 stories, each kid gets to pick a book or story. Then it's lights out, cuddles for a few minutes then we leave the room. This is what routine has developed as our now 6yo grew up and our now 2yo just followed along since the day he was born and it worked very well. They're usually up between 6 and 7 which works well for school. The 2yo takes an afternoon nap for about 2 hours. At 11 months he was still taking a morning nap and afternoon nap (I think).

My daughter is 11m. Goes down between 7-8pm and wakes at 7:30am.
We’ve had a couple late nights from seeing family or whatever and she’s gone to sleep at 9ish and still woke at 7:30am. She was extra cranky the next day so we try to avoid that. 
She does sleep through the night now since she just weaned from the breast and doesn’t take a bottle. 
She naps around 10am (1-1.5hr) and 1:30pm (1.5hrs). She’s awake and playing from 3-7pm.
