Do we move our mobile home or leave it in the rental spot we have?

My husband and I bought a small piece of land (1 acre) and we close on it next month. We have a mobile home we’re wanting to move out onto the land price will be about $2500 to move it there. We’re currently renting the spot we have the mobile home on for $200 a month. The thing is This land has a building on it in which we can make a house later on, like in about a year or two.

My question is, would you guys move the mobile home to the land or leave it where it’s at now and in the meantime we work on the building on the land, then move into it once it’s done and rent the mobile home from the rental property it’s already on? OR move the mobile home to the land and work on the building and once the building is done and ready to move in we can rent the mobile home in our same property?
