Baby eczema not going away!

So my son started getting eczema flare ups when we moved states to Arizona. I took him to the doctor and she diagnosed him with atopic dermatitis impetigo or something like that because it got infected and turned honey crusted when it used to ooze. I thought it would get better but it keeps going away a little and flaring back up. I changed laundry detergents from the baby dreft to tide pods to arm and hammer. I’ve tried so many baby eczema products for his face such as eucurin, eraorgantics, aveeno, aquaphor and Vaseline but nothing is helping! Aveeno products flare him up for some reason. I even used the aveeno oatmeal bath specifically targeted for eczema but still no results. My first dermatologist appointment is in November because it’s booked everywhere else that takes my insurance. I am so frustrated because I want something to work so badly because I hate seeing him scratch his beautiful face until he bleeds! I can’t use mittens because the lint from the cotton mittens go on his face and get stuck so when I give him baths it’s all lint clumped together. I wrap him up in his clothes too but he gets so frustrated since he’s learning how to crawl(6 months). I’m so frustrated and angry with myself! Is there any products that you guys used for your little ones that helped tremendously?!
