How can my fiancé mother babysit my daughter

So I plan to work and my daughter only 9 months I asked my fiancé let my mom babysit our daughter and he said he want his mom babysit my daughter but his mother is over 500 weight she can’t walk all she do is lay down tell her son bring food tell her son cook for her she don’t know how to feed my daughter she can’t take my daughter bath how can gonna babysit my daughter? I really want my mom babysit Because my mom can do everything for me and my daughter she know how to feed her,take her bath. My mom help me a lot of things when I come home from hospital newborn she take my daughter bath including me and his mom get mad at my mom just because she being to see my daughter everyday and his mom can’t because she over weight she can’t do nothing for me at all but want to hold my daughter and I kind don’t want her hold cuz she use perfume sooooo much everyday plus she not take bath never, I know that because she stay with us my daughter was newborn I think the smell not safe for newborn so I tell her just wait but she mad not tryna be rude I just want my daughter not sick that’s all
