What would you do ?

SIL was drinking an confessed to me some crazy things about her mother. Who I believe is a narcissist.

She was sexually abused by an uncle (by marriage) and MIL still talks to his wife to this day.

SIL told me how much it bothers her but also kept reassuring me ‘I’m fine though I’m ok’

She was very angry with her mother which is NOT something the sibling do..

obviously I can’t say anything to anyone, but do I bring it up to SIL ? Ask if she remembers or wants to talk again, I don’t know.
