Anyone else stress over what they eat?

Dressed over what I eat during pregnancy.

I thought I would eat whatever I want during pregnancy and I do give in to the cravings from time to time, but I also really try to do fruits a veggies everyday.

I also added eggs in my diet which I hate but I add brocoli and then add that to ramen noodles without the seasoning so not as much sodium just so I can get the eggs down.

I snack on almonds and nuts, eat fruit and cereal for breakfast etc. any advice? I just feel like everyday I try and eat healthy and I get anxiety about it
