11 mo old BF, bottle strike

My breastfed baby, nearly 11 mo, started to drink less and less breast milk in bottles at daycare this past month. She used to have 4 , 4oz bottles, and now is struggling to drink 4 oz cumalitve / all day! She nurses in the morning and at night. We did BLW and she eats amazing solids,.. nursing sessions are getting shorter and shorter too. We've tried putting milk in sippy cup (tosses it) serving it at different temperatures, removing the slow flow insert in bottles. Just at a loss and the Google machine is no help.
