Odd to date someone that’s 40?

So I’m 25 with two kids and a really good career and work all the time. It makes me feel way older though and I typically get along with men older than me because of the life path I’m on. It’s extremely hard to date guys my age because they are out partying and I’m past that and have my life together. I have been single for a few years now and ready to get back out there but find myself chatting with men who are 30/40. What’s your opinion on a relationship with an age gap when I’m 25 and he’s 40 personally? Also this might be odd but is it hard for someone who is 40 to have a good sex drive?
