Is there something i can take for depression and anxiety together ?

I have both ,, postpartum depression and anxiety….. 💔i was wondering if they have pills or something i can take for it .. im always stressing out because it was my fault i had my babies a year in. A half apart🥹😡😡😡😡so i been going crazzyyyyyytyy

Oh dear my heart is with you. I got pregnant when my first was 3/4 months old. They’re almost 2 & 3 now. I know this is incredibly tough. 
Many doctors prescribe Zoloft but I would strongly suggest you have someone around you who knows what you’re like keeping an eye out for you. It may be rare but I had adverse effects that sent me to the hospital. I am now on Duloxetine and it works for me. It’s trial and error with psych meds so just be cautious. I would def recommend calling your primary care dr asap and getting in with psychiatry. 
Also, try joining mom support groups on zoom. A lot of times just being surrounded by people who are getting through what you’re going through makes an impact. Big or small. You don’t even have to have your camera on or say much if you’re not ready. 
By the grace of God I feel better now and as I said, my kids are 2 & 3 so while it took some time, tears, love, compassion, and understanding, I can be present with my kids now and not consumed with dread.

I was prescribed Zoloft for my PPD/PPA and it has worked very well for me

Speak to your doctor but yes, Zoloft is one that is for both anxiety and depression
