Foot help

So I’ve had the spot on my heel for a few years and it’s getting bigger and now there’s a second spot. I am very sensitive with my feet I hate them being touchEd so I have avoided the doctors for a long time but since it’s spreading any ideas what it is or any at home things I can try before seeing a doctor . I’m sorry it looks so gross .
