He says mean things to me when mad

So my fiancé and I have been arguing a ton lately. And lately

When we get into arguments he cussed me out and he’ll say “fuck u bitch”

I recently relocated with him from Florida to NJ where his new job and family lived here in NJ. Sometimes when he’s mad he says “I wish you never came here” and that “I’m stuck with you, I moved you up here with Me” and that it would be hard for him to leave me here .

I just don’t think I don’t deserve this verbal abuse. My birthday is In a few days but I’m just so sad I just feel like we need to breakup .

He also says Im so crazy and I need meds,

Simply when I tell him how I feel or a thought , he explodes into an argument then tells me I need to get on meds??? Like what I literally just said one sentence calmly am I missing something here
