Today we discovered a dark brown dead swift bird in our bathtub. It flew in through the window and there was water in the bathtub. Is there anything we should be worried about?

In New Zealand we have so many bad omen sort of things that we grew up or being told and the bird one always gets me every time. But there are been a few coincidences where my husband who is Australian hasn’t followed what I’ve done or listened and things that are beyond explanation have happened. 
I always tell myself it’s nothing and I’m overthinking it because of what we were told growing up but I always do wonder.
It really is probably nothing but I’m not gonna lie I’d be white saging the shit out of my house
