Help!!!!

My fiance and I have been living with my mom for almost 2 years now because when COVID start he had got laid off from his job, so we couldn't paid rent. The landlord was nice enough since I was pregnant at the time that he wouldn't write us an eviction. We moved in with my mom and we're been here for almost 2 years. I found out that I was pregnant and due August 17th. I didn't tell my mom but she found out by looking at my belly when I was almost 7 months pregnant and she asked me was I pregnant. At first I denied it, because we didn't had a place and I didn't want a lot of stressed on me. I've thought we'll find a place before she found out but it didn't work that way. Eventually when she asked me again a couple of days later I told her the truth. My mom is planning to move in August or September, she's also looking for a place. We of course can't moved in with her, so she's been pushing us to find a place. We finally got a place, but we can't move into it until August 19. My fiance best friend is the landlord of this place that we're moving in, so we got lucky. We haven't got anything for the baby yet, but only our 19 month old clothes and old items when he was a newborn since we didn't buy anything because we didn't know where to put it. My question is where or what is the quickest way to buy new baby items? We don't even have a bassinet or a crib. We're getting a car seat soon and we don't have a new diaper bag. We're so unprepared. I'm at a lost and so stressed at the moment. Thank you.
