Extreme pain after epidural

I had to deliver my baby girl at 17 weeks, she had no heart beat. I opted for the epidural so I didn’t have to feel any pain. I think I made a mistake. The first time I wasn’t going numb so they came and took it out and placed it in a new spot which worked immediately. This was Sunday. I was released on Monday and had to go back Tuesday to get a blood patch because the pain of my head aching and my neck and back. While in the hospital they had fluids pumping though and no pain meds. With the fluids I felt fine. I came home and today it’s awful again. It’s right between my shoulders and my neck. Almost like a pinched nerve or something. I would think if it was a spinal leak it would have improved after blood patch. It hasn’t. Idk what to do. They had me taking Percocet and they didn’t touch the pain so they tried a muscle relaxer which didn’t work. I don’t know what else to do. I keep alternating heat and ice the only time it doesn’t hurt is if I lay down and don’t move. Anyone else experienced this? Will it go away with time? I just want relief
